Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents.
Smoking in the restaurant (including electronic cigarettes such as Icos in the restrooms) is not permitted. We may ask you to leave the restaurant even if you are in the middle of a course if you are found smoking.
Please make sure that the person making the reservation comes in person. Please do not transfer your reservation. If you are unable to come to the restaurant for some reason, please email or call the restaurant.
Please take photos in the restaurant in as short a time as possible, as the food will cool down.
Please refrain from using the shutter sound or flash, or turning on the lights when shooting video to avoid disturbing other customers.
Please contact us at least one week in advance of your visit to accommodate any food allergies or special preferences.
We will not be able to accommodate your request on the day of your visit due to the availability of the food and its contents.
We ask that customers who are not feeling well refrain from coming to the restaurant on the day of the course.
Please understand that we may ask you to leave even in the middle of a course if we see that you are not feeling well.

Please be sure to inform the person accompanying you of your reservation of the above.

Please note that if you have a wide range of allergies and dislikes, we may not be able to accept your reservation. Please note that meat is always included in the soup stock. We cannot accommodate allergies on the day of the event, so please contact us in advance.
Please contact us in advance. If you are late or leave the restaurant prematurely, we may not be able to serve you part of the course.
