At Sushi Namba, we seek for a masterpiece of sushi.
A piece of sushi is composed of a rice base “shari” and a fish slice “tane”.
In a single piece of sushi, there lie many factors that contribute to its taste:
Elasticity, stickiness, sweetness, salt, and flavor of “shari”,
and cut, size, and thickness of "tane".
Above all we pay special attention to the temparature of sushi we serve,
which is even included on the menu you will see on your visit to us.
The marriage of "shari" and "tane" is what makes our sushi a masterpiece.
On the 15th day of every month, we take reservations for the following two months.
Example) On April 15th, we take reservations up to June 30th.
Tax not included.
Only Nigiri（sushi） course, no appetizers.
This course is created to provide chances for apprentices. Please don't worry that they have been trained by the chef Namba and the neta（ingredients） are the same as the dinner courses.
