Kenichi Takase who is the head chef of this restaurant won one Michelin star at the Sense of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel where he served as the first chef. After that, he has opened the "Cantonese en" at Tokyo Station Hotel as an owner-chef, in this way, he has dedicated to Hong Kong / Cantonese cuisine for over 30 years.
